Bobbie Jo Ballard,
Bobbie Jo joins the Prime Advocacy team after working on Capitol Hill for Chairman Kevin Brady (TX-08). She brings comprehensive planning and client relations experience. During her service on Capitol Hill, she volunteered on the Coffman for Congress campaign canvassing the greater Denver area. Bobbie Jo is a native of Illinois and graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she majored in Political Science.

Lincoln Clapper comes from Gula Graham where he was part of Washington's premier consulting and fundraising firm. Through managing relationships with CEOs and various government affairs industries on a daily basis, Lincoln is known by these clients as a persistent and professional individual who puts the client's needs ahead of his own to ensure high-quality results. Lincoln hails from Turlock, CA and is a graduate of the University of Arizona where he received his MA in International Security Studies. Lincoln currently resides in Washington, DC where he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and is an active sports enthusiast.

Noah Becker joins Prime Advocacy after working on Capitol Hill for Congressman Jason Smith (MO-08). He brings on a detailed understanding of how offices function and best methods to implement Congressional fly-ins. Noah was raised in Springfield, IL and graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia where he studied Political Science and Sociology. He currently resides in Washington, DC where he enjoys staying involved with The Fund for American Studies Alumni Network.
Mary Elizabeth Stringer,

Mary Elizabeth joins the Prime Advocacy team after working on Capitol Hill for U.S. Senator Roger Wicker (MS-R). She has extensive experience with event planning and first-hand involvement with the meeting procurement process on Capitol Hill. Mary Elizabeth is from Tylertown, Mississippi, where she graduated from Mississippi College with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. In DC, she serves on the executive board for the Mississippi State Society and volunteers with The Kennedy Center.

Grace’s addition to the Prime Advocacy team comes after working in the energy sector in DC. She has broad experience with government affairs, event planning and client relations. Grace is from Miami FL, and graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a BA in International Studies, and also has a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from George Washington University.
Paola, a proud daughter of immigrants, is a New York native raised in Orlando, FL. She recently graduated from the University of Central Florida with a dual degree in Political Science and Spanish, and joins Prime after having worked extensively with Florida state and federal officials, including former Senator Bill Nelson and Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy. In her spare time Paola loves to travel, explore Washington, D.C. and spend time with family.
Caroline joins Prime Advocacy from the U.S. House of Representatives, where she served in the offices of Congressman Rodney Davis (IL-13) and Congresswoman Mimi Walters (CA-45). Coming from the Hill, she brings a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations and procedures of Capitol Hill. She grew up in sunny Orange County, California, before moving to Philadelphia to pursue a Criminal Justice degree at Saint Joseph’s University. Caroline currently lives in Washington, DC where she enjoys going to museums and exploring the city.
Sam, who hails from Georgia, joins Prime Advocacy from a D.C. lobbying firm where his main duties involved scheduling and client relations. Sam brings an array of professional experience from nonprofit fundraising, to event planning, and legislative research. He is a graduate of the University of North Georgia with a BA in Political Science and Art History. In his spare time, Sam loves travel, cooking, riding horses, and visiting museums.
Jesse joins Prime Advocacy this spring having previously served in Senator Lisa Murkowski’s Office. During that time, he worked cohesively with scheduling staff and gained invaluable experience handling constituent case work. Jesse traveled to D.C. in 2017 from Alaska and is currently attending classes at NOVA. He looks forward to transferring to George Mason University in Fall 2019 to continue his education.
Yeimy Rodriguez joins Prime Advocacy this summer as part of The Fund for American Studies Internship Program. She is a junior from Panama City, Panama, and a proud Walton Scholarship Program recipient studying at the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas. Currently, Yeimy is double majoring in Business Administration and Political Science with a minor in American Studies; interested in pursuing a master degree in Business Law upon graduation.
